104. ON CALL UTILITY RELOCATION MONITORING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR HORROCKS LLC (Supervisorial District: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) Approve Contract No. 2026-062 for Horrocks LLC to provide utility relocation monitoring and technical support services for TIP projects. The contract has a maximum award value of $3,000,000 with an original performance period of 1095 calendar days (3 years) with two (2) optional renewal 365 calendar day periods for a maximum of allowable performance period of 1825 calendar days (5 years). The existing utility coordination and technical support services contract is approaching its contractual limit. With the approval of the new contracts, the incumbent contracts will be terminated.
