68. ROAD FILE 6051 (Supervisorial District: 4) Set a hearing for December 9, 2026 to adopt a resolution for Road File 6051 to declare streets in Rancho Cabrillo Parcel I & Phase 1 as shown in Book 1564 of Maps, Page 20 into the County Road System. In accordance with A.R.S. 28-6701 and 28-6702, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors Open and Declare the following streets in Rancho Cabrillo Parcel I & Phase 1 into the County Road System, Road File 6051. OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE 6051 Portions of Happy Valley Road and 136th Drive according to the Final Plat for “Rancho Cabrillo Parcel I and V – Phase 1”, recorded in Book 1564, Page 20, Maricopa County Records, lying in a portion of Section 10 – T4N, R1W, Maricopa County, Arizona; said portions described as follows: Parcel 1 The Northwesterly 31 feet of the 65 foot wide Happy Valley Road right-of-way as shown in Book 1564, Page 20, lying between the Southerly extension of the Westerly line of Tract “E” and the Easterly line of said Rancho Cabrillo Parcel I and V – Phase 1. Parcel 2 That portion of the 136th Drive lying between the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Happy Valley Road and the Security gate located approximately 105 feet Northwesterly of the North line of said Happy Valley Road. A map or plat depicting such streets is attached. General Vicinity: Happy Valley Road and Litchfield Road, lying within Supervisorial District 4, in an unincorporated area. In addition, direct the Clerk of the Board to record the Board of Supervisors’ resolution with the County Recorder. Pursuant to A.R.S. 11-822(C), the Department of Transportation has inspected and verified that the streets have been constructed according to the approved plans for Rancho Cabrillo Parcel I & Phase 1 as shown in Book 1564 of Maps, Page 20. The requested action formally authorizes use of Highway User Revenue Funds (HURF) to operate and maintain the streets totaling 1.37 acres. (C-64-27-045-X-00)
