61. ON-CALL SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING DESIGNATION AND POTHOLE SERVICES WITH SAFE SITE UTILITY SERVICES OF ARIZONA, LLC (Supervisorial District: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) This request is to approve Contract No. 2026-057 for Safe Site Utility Services of Arizona, LLC to provide on-call subsurface utility engineering designation & pothole services. The contract has a maximum award value of $3,000,000 with an original performance period of 730 calendar days (2 years) with three (3) one-year renewal options for a maximum of allowable performance period of 1825 calendar days (5 years). The existing on-call subsurface utility engineering contracts are expiring and/or are approaching their contractual limits. With the approval of the new contracts, the incumbent contracts will be terminated. (C-64-27-050-X-00)
