L-4. SECOND AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE Approve a Second Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Library District and the Town of Guadalupe to continue the IGA between the parties which expires on June 30, 2010. The amendment shall continue the IGA for an additional five years through June 30, 2015. Section 3.3.1 shall be amended so that the Library District shall pay the Town an amount to be mutually agreed upon each year. All other terms and conditions of the IGA shall remain in full force and effect. The Guadalupe Branch Library is located at 9241 S. Avenida del Yaqui in Guadalupe, AZ. (C-65-00-045-2-02)

L-2. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE Approve and allow the Chairman to execute the Third Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Guadalupe for the Operation of the Guadalupe Branch Library. This Third Amendment to the IGA renews for another 5 year term starting July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2020. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. (C-65-00-045-2-03)
