AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE DEER VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 97 FOR OPERATION OF A REGIONAL AND HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY Approve and execute the Seventh Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (# C-65-03-001-2) between the Maricopa County Library District and the Deer Valley Unified School District for the operation of a Regional and a High School Library located at 40410 N Gavilan Peak Pkwy, Anthem, AZ 85086. The Seventh Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement (# C-65-03-001-2) will extend the term for a period of five (5) years commencing on July1, 2022 and continuing through June 30, 2027 and amends operational areas including costs, hours and parking.
