L-2. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF SURPRISE FOR OPERATION OF THE HOLLYHOCK BRANCH LIBRARY Approve Amendment No. 6 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Surprise and Maricopa County through the Library District in the not-to-exceed amount of $82,940. The purpose of this amendment is to continue operation of the Hollyhock Branch Library in Surprise. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF SURPRISE FOR THE OPERATION OF THE HOLLYHOCK BRANCH LIBRARY Approve the Twelfth Amendment to the IGA between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Surprise for operation of the Hollyhock Branch Library. The purpose of the amendment is to continue operation of the Hollyhock Branch Library located at 15844 N. Hollyhock Street in Surprise, Arizona. The amendment is effective from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016. The City shall reimburse the Library District monthly for operating expenses upon presentation of an invoice by the Library District. The reimbursement for operating expenses shall be subject to the limits of the approved budget developed by City of Surprise and Library District.
