L-4. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GILA BEND FOR OPERATION OF THE GILA BEND BRANCH LIBRARY Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and the Town of Gila Bend for operation of a library in the Town of Gila Bend. The Town shall lease a 2,674 square-foot building, located at 202 N. Euclid, Gila Bend, Arizona to the District for the sum of $1.00 per year. The term shall commence on July 1, 2012 and terminate on June 30, 2017. The Town grants to the District the option of renewing the Agreement for two additional five-year terms. This agreement continues a partnership with the Town to provide library service to its customers in the Gila Bend area that began in 1991. (C-65-07-025-2-01)
