L-5. AMENDMENT TO THE WHITE TANK LIBRARY CAPITAL PROJECT Authorize the Chairman to sign an additional contract document with Mortenson Construction related to the White Tank Branch Library Project for the purpose of segregating the ARRA funded portion of the project consistent with necessary federal guidelines.
