L-2. AMENDMENT TO FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY FOR STORAGE AT THE PNI BUILDING Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a one-year renewal of Facilities Use Agreement G-30121 between Maricopa County Library District (the "District") and Maricopa County ("County") for the District's use of County property at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. This one-year renewal of Facilities Use Agreement G-30121 will allow the District continued use of approximately 4,000 square feet of storage space within the County-owned facility at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. The space will be used to store District furniture, fixtures and equipment. The District will reimburse the County $2,000 for the cost of utilities associated with the District's use of the subject space. (C-65-09-015-3-01)

SECOND AMENDMENT TO FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY FOR STORAGE AT THE PNI BUILDING Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, a one-year renewal of Facilities Use Agreement G-30121 between Maricopa County Library District (the "District") and Maricopa County ("County") for the District's use of County property at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. This one-year renewal, commencing May 18, 2013 and terminating May 17, 2014, of Facilities Use Agreement G-30121 will allow the District continued use of approximately 4,000 square feet of storage space within the County-owned facility at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. The space will be used to store District furniture, fixtures and equipment. All other terms, conditions and exhibits of the original Agreement and First Amendment remain the same and in full force and effect. (C-65-09-015-3-02)

AMENDMENT TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT Approve and execute the renewal of Facilities Use Agreement (G-30121) between Maricopa County Library District (“District”) and Maricopa County (“County”) for the use of Maricopa County property for storage at the PNI Building located at 1920 South Lewis in Mesa. This renewal of Facilities Use Agreement No. G30121 will allow the District continued use of approximate 4,000 square feet of storage space in the PNI warehouse Building to store library fixtures, furniture and equipment. The current agreement provides for three (3) 1-year renewal options, this is the third one-year renewal. The District will reimburse the County $2,000 per year for the cost of utilities associated with the District’s use of the space. Renewal of Facilities Use Agreement No. G-30121 will allow the District continued use of approximately 4,000 square feet of storage space in the PNI Warehouse Building to store library fixtures, furniture and equipment. The current agreement is the last of three (3) options to renew and expires May 17, 2015. The amendment No. 4 will extend the term approximately two (2) years, expiring May 30, 2017. The District will reimburse the County $2,000 per year for the cost of utilities associated with the District's use of the space.
