L-1. ACCEPT A DONATION Accept a donation from the Friends of the Sun City Libraries and approve an increase to the FY 2009-2010 Library District (650) Library District Fund (244) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $200,000. This amount is for one-time expenditures of $150,000 FF&E and $50,000 in books and materials for the Fairway Branch Library in Sun City that has been given to the District by the Friends of the Sun City Libraries. Requesting an exemption from Capital Freeze for furniture, fixtures and equipment estimated at $150,000. Also, requesting an exemption from the TFP for the purchase of the computer equipment since we have a onetime donation for the purchase. (C-65-10-012-M-00)
