L-3. DONATIONS FROM FRIENDS OF THE QUEEN CREEK LIBRARY AND FRIENDS OF THE SOUTHEAST REGIONAL LIBRARY Approve and accept a cash donation to the Library District's Summer Reading Program from the Friends of the Queen Creek Library in the amount of $5,000 and new carpeting and installation for the children's area at the Southeast Regional Library from the Friends of the Southeast Regional Library valued at $4,290.01. Approve an increase to the FY 2009-10 budget for the Library District (650), Library District Fund (244), Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) revenues and expenditures appropriated budget in the amount of $5,000.
