66. IGA WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Library District and Maricopa County through the Parks and Recreation Department, for the purpose of outlining the responsibilities of each organization to provide services and building operations at and in relation to the White Tank Library and Nature Center, located at 20304 W. White Tank Mountain Road, Waddell, AZ. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from May 12, 2010 until May 31, 2034.
