L-3. DONATIONS FROM THE HILDA WALKER TRUST AND THE GENEVIEVE LEWIS TRUST Approve and accept cash donations to the Library District from the Hilda Walker Trust in the amount of $10,000.00 and from the Genevieve Lewis Trust in the amount of $25,000.00. These donations are for the benefit of the Sun City Libraries, Sun City Branch Library and the Fairway Branch Library. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-recurring non-project (0001) budget in the amount of $35,000.00 for FY 2010. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-65-10-020-D-00)
