L-4. DONATION FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE LITCHFIELD LIBRARY Approve and accept a donation from the Friends of the Litchfield Library in the amount of $5,700 for the 2010 Summer Reading Program. Approve an increase to the FY 2010-11 budget for the Library District (650), Library District Fund (244), Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) revenues and expenditures appropriated budget in the amount of $5,700. The Friends of the Litchfield Park Branch Library continue to support the branch in their community which helps provides prizes for the children and teens as they progress through their books. This year's theme is "Make a Splash! Read!" (C-65-11-001-M-00)
