LA-1. AGREEMENT WITH JOHNSON COMMUNITY LIBRARY, INC. TO HOST THE JOHNSON COMMUNITY LIBRARY'S LIBRARY AUTOMATION SOFTWARE Approve a Revenue Agreement between Johnson Community Library, Inc. and Maricopa County through the Library District, in the not-to-exceed amount of $23,629 in Year 1. The purpose of this Revenue Agreement is to have the Library District host on its servers the library automation system (Polaris) for the Johnson Community Library, Inc. This Revenue Agreement is effective from January 1, 2011 until December 31, 2021. (C-65-11-008-3-00)

L-4. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH JOHNSON COMMUNITY LIBRARY, INC. Approve an Amendment One to the Agreement Between the Maricopa County Library District and the Johnson Community Library, Inc. that was approved by the Board of Library Directors on December 15, 2010. The amendment is requested by District legal advisors to add legal language that was not included in the original agreement. The Agreement omitted provisions relating to conflicts of interest, verification of immigration status and business dealings with Sudan and Iran. (C-65-11-008-3-01)
