L-2. CONTRACT WITH ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE FOR THE 2011 PRODUCTION BASED RENEWABLE ENERGY INCENTIVE PROGRAM Authorize the Chairman to sign a contract with Arizona Public Service (APS) related to the White Tank Branch Library project. The contract is a renewable energy credit purchase agreement. The District will sell and APS will purchase certificates representing the environmental attributes associated with the energy produced by the PV system installed on the roof of the White Tank Branch Library & Nature Center.
