DONATIONS TO THE MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT FOR THE SUMMER READING PROGRAM Approve and accept a donation from the Friends of the Robson Branch Library in the amount of $5,000.00 for the 2011 Summer Reading Program (SRP) at the Robson, Guadalupe, Gila Bend, Aguila and El Mirage Branches; a donation from the Friends of the Surprise Libraries of Demco furniture and equipment for the children's area of the Northwest Regional Library valued at $2,545.52; the following items were donated to the Library District's 2011 SRP: 28,000 coupons from Del Taco valued at $42,120.00; 23,000 game vouchers from the Phoenix Mercury valued at $230,000.00; 4,000 earbuds in solid plastic containers from Freegal valued at $5,208.00; 60 single day passes from Wet N Wild Water Park valued at $2,065.00; 39 two-night staycation packages for four from Courtyard Scottsdale North & SpringHill Suites Scottsdale North by Marriott valued at $16,698.00; movie passes, popcorn, & drink coupons from Harkins Theatres valued at $7,747.00; 3,700 ice cream coupons from Sonic Restaurants valued at $3,700.00; Brunswick Bowl passes for one free game every day of the summer valued at $330,096.00; 20,000 SeaLife Aquarium admission coupons valued at $300,000.00; 600 Wild-Life Zoo admission coupons valued at $8,550.00; and 500 youth coupons for the Musical Instrument Museum valued at $5,000.00.
