L-2. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF GOODYEAR Approve an Amendment No.1 to the IGA between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Goodyear for the provision of additional funding by the City of Goodyear to expand the library to a larger facility. The City shall spend an amount not-to-exceed $1,000,000, subject to appropriations, to design, construct and furnish a new library facility located in the City of Goodyear. Furnishings will include but are not limited to furniture, office equipment, technology, telephones, facsimile equipment, automated circulation system, book collections and supplies necessary to provide full library services to City residents. All other terms and conditions remain in effect. (C-65-12-022-M-01)
