L-1. INCREASE SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE CONTRACT AMOUNT OF 3M EQUIPMENT & MAINTENANCE Approve an increase to Sole Source contract Serial 09051-SS with 3M of $3,000,000 for 3M Equipment and Maintenance. This increase would include the remainder of the current contract as well as a three year extension. The current contract expires the 30th day of September, 2012. The County may, at its option and with the agreement of the Contractor, extend the term of this Contract for additional terms up to a maximum for three (3) years, (or at the County’s sole discretion, extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for a maximum of six (6) months after expiration).
