L-2. ACCEPT STATE LIBRARY SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGY ACT GRANT FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS Accept State Library Services and Technology Act Grant for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 in the amount of $49,611 from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. These funds are to be used for Social Learning Labs offering technology, mentors and structured programming to teens in the community. These funds must be used by August 1, 2013. The Library District’s indirect rate for FY13 is 6.5%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $3,225. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $49,611 for FY 2012-2013.
