IGA WITH THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK FOR THE OPERATION OF THE QUEEN CREEK LIBRARY Approve and execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Library District and the Town of Queen Creek for the operation of the Queen Creek Library located at 21802 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. The Library District and the Town of Queen Creek are entering into a new IGA to establish the terms and conditions under which the parties will continue providing library services to Town and Maricopa County residents at the existing library currently operated under IGA as amended on April 11, 2018 by C-65-13-007-M-02. The IGA will commence on July 1, 2022 and once fully executed will supersede and terminate the previous IGA that was amended on April 11, 2018. (C-65-22-036-X-00)
