L-8. GRANT IN KIND WITH THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS Accept grant equipment from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records as follows: 11 laptop computers, 1 storage cart, 1 data projector, 1 color inkjet printer, 1 projection screen, 12 locks, 11 Microsoft Office Standard software, 1 Adobe Acrobat Standard software and supplies for the Queen Creek Branch Library ($16,466 value); 1 desktop computer, 1 computer monitor, 1 laser printer, 1 Microsoft Office Standard software, 1 Adobe Acrobat Standard software and supplies for the North Valley Regional Library ($1,800 value); 1 desktop computer, 1 computer monitor, 1 laser printer, 1 Microsoft Office Standard software, 1 Adobe Acrobat Standard software and supplies for the Southeast Regional Library ($1,800 value). Total value of the equipment is $20,066. Also, accept grant supplies from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records as follows: 12 ink cartridges, 36 toner cartridges and 5 cases of printer paper with a total value of $4,858. Grand Total of equipment and supplies is $24,924. This Agreement, funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, is effective September 1, 2012 and shall remain in effect until June 28, 2013. The department's FY13 indirect cost rate is 6.7%. This grant is an equipment grant and indirect cost recovery is not applicable. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $24,924 for FY 2012-2013. This equipment and supplies are part of the Arizona Job Assistance Center to be used by customers who are looking for jobs, applying for jobs, developing computer and job searching skills and pursuing educational opportunities such as studying for the GED. This grant was made available to the State Library by the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program Round 2 (BTOP II). (C-65-13-019-M-00)
