L-1. DONATION FROM THE ROBERT K. AND DOROTHY L. FAUST CHARITABLE REMAINDER UNITRUST Approve and accept a cash donation to the Library District from the Robert K. and Dorothy L. Faust Charitable Remainder Unitrust in the amount of $5,333.54. This donation is for the benefit of the Sun City Libraries - Sun City Branch Library and the Fairway Branch Library. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Fund (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $5,334 for FY 2012-2013.
