L-4. REDUCE FUND TRANSFERS AND AMEND BUDGET Approve a reduction of the fund transfer from the Library Intergovernmental Fund (246) to the Library Fund (244) by $55,974 and a reduction of the fund transfer from the Library Fund (244) to the Library District Capital Improvement Fund (465) by $245,468. Also, approve a decrease to the FY 2013 Library District (650) Library Intergovernmental Fund (246) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriated expenditure budget by $55,974 and a decrease to the FY 2013 Library District (650) Library Fund (244) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriate revenue budget by $55,974, with offsetting adjustments in Library (650) Eliminations (900) Non Recurring Non Project (0001). Also, approve a decrease to the FY 2013 Library District (650) Library Fund (244) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriated expenditure budget by $245,468 and a decrease to the FY 2013 Library District (650) Library District Capital Improvement Fund (465) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriate revenue budget by $245,468, with offsetting adjustments in Library (650) Eliminations (900) Non Recurring Non Project (0001).
