L-11. AMENDMENT TO LIBRARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF CHANDLER Approve Amendment No. 1 to Library Assistance Program between Maricopa County Library District and City of Chandler for the Library Assistance Program. The term of the amendment is July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018. The amendment requires the assessed valuation allocation to be based on the primary net assessed value. The remaining terms of the original agreement not amended hereby remain in full force and effect. (C-65-14-021-M-01)
