L-2. ACCEPT A STATE LIBRARY GRANT-IN-AID FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS Accept a State Library Grand-In-Aid for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 in the amount of $25,000.00 from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. These funds will support professional development of library staff through workshops, conferences, seminars and memberships in professional organizations. The Library District's indirect rate for FY14 is 7.7%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $1,925.00. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $25,000.00 for FY 2013-2014.
