L-4. DONATION FROM THE FOUNTAIN HILLS LIBRARY ASSOCIATION, INC. Approve and accept a check in the amount of $4,168.59 from the Fountain Hills Library Association, Inc. for the purchase of one Early Literacy Station, one table and four chairs for the Fountain Hills Branch Library. Also approve an increase to the FY2013-2014 budget for the Library District (650), Library District Fund (244), Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) revenues and expenditures appropriated budget in the amount of $4,169.
