L-1. LEASE AGREEMENT L-7452 WITH RECREATION CENTERS OF SUN CITY, INC. Approve and execute new Lease Agreement L-7452 with Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. for 13,675 square feet of building, for use by the Maricopa County Library District, located at 16820 N. 99th Avenue, Sun City, Arizona. The lease period commences on July 1, 2014 and terminates June 30, 2019. The Library District agrees to pay annual rent of Ten Dollars ($10.00). This agreement continues a partnership with Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. to provide library service to its customers in the Sun City area that began in April 2009. (C-65-14-051-M-00)
