L-5. ACCEPT A STATE LIBRARY GRANT-IN-AID FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS Accept a State Library Grant-In-Aid for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 in the amount of $25,000.00 from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. These funds will support professional development of library staff through workshops, conferences, seminars and memberships in professional organizations. The Library District's indirect rate for FY15 is 8.1%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,025.00. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $25,000.00 for FY 2014-2015.
