L-1. INCREASE IN REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR THE LIBRARY DISTRICT FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SOUTHEAST REGIONAL LIBRARY Pursuant to A.R.S. § Section 42-17106(B), approve an increase in revenue and expenditure authority for the Library District (650) Library District Fund (244) Operating (0000) in the amount of $200,000. This increase to the budget is due to the Town of Gilbert authorizing additional funds to be expended as part of the current fiscal year (FY 2015) operating expenditures for new shelving, carpet and related services.
