L-1. ACCEPT STATE LIBRARY SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGY ACT GRANT FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS Accept a State Library services and Technology Grant for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 in the amount of $9,075 from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. These funds are to be used by the Library District to implement an early literacy and technology program, which will enhance the development of literacy skills among young children (3-6 years old) at the Guadalupe Branch Library.These funds must be used by August 1, 2016. The Library District's indirect rate is 8.1%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $735. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-recurring Non-project (0001) budget in the amount of $9,075 for FY 2015-16.
