L-8. AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX-MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT AUTHORITY FOR LICENSE FOR USE OF PROPERTY AND FACILITIES Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority for a license to use property and facilities on the Airport for no money, fees, finance or late charges ($) to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and terminate on June 30, 2016 unless sooner terminated. The term of this Agreement allows the Licensee the option of extending the Term on a month-to-month basis. No action is needed to exercise the Extension. The authorized location is 150 square feet in the northwest corner of baggage claim in the Charles L. Williams Passenger Terminal. This agreement allows access for Licensee for the purpose of promoting the Maricopa County Library District and providing travelers with seating, library books, and /or a Library Box to access Library eBooks. Licensee shall be responsible for any damage that is cause by Licensee during the term of this Agreement. Licensee shall be granted access to the Airport during regular business hours to install the equipment including Library box(es), furniture, signage, etc. Installation shall not unreasonably interfere with any activity at the Airport or its patrons or employees. The space provided shall be maintained in a reasonable, commercially presentable condition. (C-65-15-029-M-00)
