L-10. GRANT FUNDS FROM ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS FOR THE STATE LIBRARY SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGY ACT GRANT Accept a State Library Services and Technology Act Grant for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 in the amount of $25,000.00 from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. These funds are to be used to support professional development of staff through workshops, conferences, seminars and memberships in professional organizations. These funds must be used by June 30, 2016. The Library District's indirect rate for FY16 is 8.4%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,100.00. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $25,000.00 for FY 2015-2016.
