L-2. DONATION FROM THE ESTATE OF ROBERT JOSEPH BERKES Approve and accept all proceeds from the estate of Robert Joseph Berkes including checks in the amounts of $1,739.95 and $5,729.18, music recordings, books, a few small pieces of jewelry and personal effects for the benefit of the Sun City Library. Also, approve an increase in the FY2016 budget for the Library District (650), Library District Fund (244), Operating (0000) revenues and expenditures appropriated budget in the amount of $7,469. Mr Berkes willed his estate to the Library District to support the Sun City Library. A check from BMO Harris Bank for $1,739.95 and a check from Modern Woodmen (insurance) in the amount of $5,729.18 are the cash proceeds of the estate. A large collection of Opera CDs, records and books will be reviewed and treated as any other material donation to the Library. All clothing will be donated to assist the homeless. A few pieces of jewelry will be appraised and then disposed of as dictated by Maricopa County Policy. (C-65-16-013-D-00)
