L-4. GRANT-IN-KIND FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY ARCHIVES & PUBLIC RECORDS FOR THE GUADALUPE AND QUEEN CREEK BRANCH LIBRARIES Approve and accept a grant-in-kind of (35) Playaway Launchpads for the Guadalupe Branch Library (total value $1,719.86) and the Queen Creek Branch Library (total value $2,409.79) from the Arizona State Library Archives and & Public Records. This Grant deviates from County Policy A2505 and does not allow for full indirect cost reimbursement, The Library’s indirect cost rate for FY16 is 8.4%. The full indirect costs are estimated at $346.89 which is unrecoverable. (C-65-16-018-M-00)
