L-1. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE PROCUREMENT WITH BETTER WORLD BOOKS FOR PILOT PROGRAM Approve a Competition Impracticable Procurement, Maricopa County Procurement Code, MCI-351 with Better World Books to sell surplus books as part of a pilot program to determine the financial viability of this auction method of book disposal. The pilot program would be for a period of 6 months after approval of this item. Better World Books was selected for the pilot program because the vendor agreed to provide pick up books and provide appropriately sized collection bins. (C-65-16-021-3-00)
