L-1. CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH SUN LAKES ENTERPRISES, LLC FOR BOOKING AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT Approve a new Concession Agreement between the Library District and Sun Lakes Enterprises, LLC which allows Sun Lakes Enterprises, LLC to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession in the Lecky Room at the Ed Robson Branch Library located at 9330 East Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, Arizona 85248. Sun Lakes Enterprises, LLC will provide booking and facility management for the Lecky Room at the Ed Robson Branch Library in Sun Lakes. The term of this agreement is from April 1, 2016 to April 1, 2018 unless sooner terminated under the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Also authorize the Chair or his designee to execute the Agreement. (C-65-16-022-3-00)
