L-2. THINKING MONEY PROGRAM GRANT FROM THE AMERICAN LIBRARY ASSOCIATION AND FINRA INVESTOR EDUCATION FOUNDATION Accept a grant from the American Library Association in collaboration with the FINRA Investor Education Foundation of a grant-in-kind of training including transportation and accommodations and cash of $1,000 in programming funds to be a host site of the traveling exhibition Thinking Money. The Library District's indirect rate for FY 16 is 8.4%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $84. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) budget in the amount of $1,000.00 for FY 2016-2017.
