L-7. IGA WITH CITY OF SURPRISE FOR OPERATION OF NORTHWEST REGIONAL LIBRARY AND HOLLYHOCK BRANCH LIBRARY Approve and allow the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Surprise for operation of the Northwest Regional Library and Hollyhock Branch Library. The term of this agreement is for a one-year term starting July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, subject to annual appropriations to fund the agreement. This agreement may be renewed for five additional one-year terms by mutual agreement of the parties. The City of Surprise will reimburse the Library District for the cost of operation for both facilities. (C-65-16-030-M-00)
