PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REVISIONS TO MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT FINES AND FEES SCHEDULE Convene a scheduled public hearing to consider revisions to the Fines and Fees Schedule for the Library District that will be effective upon Board approval. The proposed revisions are: • DVD overdue fine from $2.00 per item, per day to $1.00 per item, per day • Material non-pickup fee from $2.00 per item to no fee All other fines and fees remain unchanged.
