L-6. STATE GRANTS-IN-AID FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY, ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS Accept a State Grants-in-Aid for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 in the amount of $25,000 from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. These funds are to be used to support professional development of staff through workshops, conferences, seminars and memberships in professional organizations. These funds must be used by June 30, 2017. The Library District's indirect rate for FY17 is 10.4%. The grant allows 0% for indirect cost recovery. Unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $2,600.00. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Library District (D650) Library District Grants (242) Non-Recurring Non-Project (1001) budget in the amount of $25,000.00 for FY 2016-2017. This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with funds appropriated by the Arizona State Legislature. (C-65-17-009-M-00)
