L-4. DONATION FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE FOUNTAIN HILLS BRANCH LIBRARY Approve and accept a donation of a School of Rock music class program series ($3,000 value) from the Friends of the Fountain Hills Branch Library for the Fountain Hills Branch Library. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The Friends of the Library District continue to support the programs of the Library District in their communities. (C-65-17-015-D-00)
