L-3. DONATION FROM THE NEW FRIENDS OF THE NORTH VALLEY REGIONAL LIBRARY Approve and accept a check in the amount of $500.00 from the New Friends of the North Valley Regional Library for branch programming. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The Friends of the Library District continue to support the programs of the Library District in their communities. (C-65-17-016-D-00)
