L-4. DONATION IN MEMORY OF ROBERT AND JANET MILLS Approve and accept a check in memory of Robert and Janet Mills in the amount of $400.00 for their work on behalf of the Ed Robson Branch Library from Joe D. Fenn. The donation is to further benefit the Ed Robson Branch Library. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Robert and Janet Mills were longtime supporters of the Ed Robson Branch Library in the Sun Lakes community. (C-65-17-017-D-00)
