AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF GOODYEAR AND APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT Approve and execute this First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement ("Agreement") between the City of Goodyear ("Goodyear") and the Maricopa County Library District ("Library District") for the operation of the Goodyear Branch Library. The Library District and Goodyear executed the Agreement on May 24, 2017 (C-65-17-021-M-00) to establish the terms and conditions for the operation of the Goodyear Branch Library. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the term for an additional 5 years until July 1, 2027, to relocate the library to a larger facility at 1900 N Civic Square, Goodyear AZ 85395 and to rename the library as the "Georgia T. Lord Library at Civic Square." Direct the Office of Budget and Finance to adjust the FY 2023 Revised budget by increasing the Library District (D650) Library District Fund (244) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) revenue appropriation by $804,938, and the expenditure appropriation by $731,752. The FY 2023 Appropriation adjustment is needed for one-time opening day purchases as the date of occupancy for the Goodyear Library has been moved from June 2022 to July 2023. (C-65-17-021-M-01)
