TERMINATION OF IGA WITH CITY OF SURPRISE FOR OPERATION OF THREE LIBRARIES Approve execution of the "120 Day" termination clause contained within Intergovernmental Agreement # C-65-20-004-M-00 between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Surprise for operation of the Northwest Regional, Hollyhock and Asante libraries. This clause, found in Section 13. Conflicts; Termination, sub-paragraph 13.3 states said Agreement may be terminated in whole or in part by either party, for any reason, or no reason, by written notice at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the effective date of such termination ("Early Termination").
