AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR PURCHASE OF AND SUBSCRIPTION TO THE POLARIS INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Peoria for purchase of and subscription to the Polaris Integrated Library System for the City of Peoria Public Library. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR PURCHASE AND SUBSCRIPTION TO THE POLARIS INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM Request an administrative correction to the Agreement with the City of Peoria for purchase and subscription to the Polaris Integrated Library System, item # C-65-21-024-X-00 which was approved at the May 19, 2021 Board of Supervisor meeting. The administrative correction being requested relates to the Intergovernmental Agreement's term end date. The SOLAR entry incorrectly stated the Agreement term was ending on May 1, 2026; however, the IGA (C-65-21-024-X-00) actually terminates on July 1, 2026. (C-65-21-024-X-01)
