AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF CAVE CREEK FOR THE LIBRARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and the Town of Cave Creek for the provision of certain library services and reimbursements to the Desert Foothills Public Library in Cave Creek. The Agreement is effective upon execution by both the Maricopa County Library District and the Town of Cave Creek until June 30, 2028. (C-65-23-032-X-00)
