AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SURPRISE FOR THE LIBRARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Surprise for the provision of certain library services and reimbursements to the Surprise Public Libraries.
