AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF GOODYEAR FOR THE LIBRARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Goodyear for the provision of certain library services and reimbursements to the Goodyear Public Libraries.
